The grounds were beautiful and there were plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, like kayaking and biking. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The condo was stunning, and the grounds were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Being right on the lake was a dream come true. The staff was fantastic, catering to our every need. Renting a pontoon was a highlight, and the scenic route to the dock was a nice touch. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and the gas grill was great. The quick response from maintenance when we ran out of LP was impressive.

We recently stayed at Eagle Ridge Resort in Galena for a short vacation. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with beautiful views and the charming town just a stone's throw away. The setting of the resort is stunning and the lobby is very inviting. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and found the majority of the staff to be professional and friendly. Special mention goes to our housekeeper, whose fantastic service made our stay even more enjoyable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the golf courses looked challenging. It's a shame we couldn't explore the property more due to the weather, but overall, we had a lovely experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, always catering to our every need. They even drove us to and from the dock when we rented a pontoon, taking us through a scenic route which was a great touch. The villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations, with stunning views and delicious food. The shuttle service to the Halloween parade was a big help as well. We were especially thrilled with the room, which was perfect for our proposal. it was the best vacation ever!

Nestled among rolling hills and trees, the scenery surrounding the resort is picturesque. Our townhouse had a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a surprise washer/dryer. The spa, though slightly smaller than expected, provided soothing treatments with friendly therapists. The resort's location offered easy access to downtown shopping and dining.
