We loved the King room with spa, feeling like royalty with perfect bathroom and bed. The pet-friendly room was sweet, providing pet items like water bowl, towel, treats, and sheet. The soft beds and extra towels were already prepared, and the front desk clerk was amazing, professional, and helpful.

The bed was super comfy and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. Perfect location for exploring the area, with key attractions nearby. Loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options, especially the eggs and sausage.

The room had a musty smell and could definitely use an update in terms of decor. Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Our purpose in visiting was to attend the Joseph Rodeo and this hotel was conveniently located, away from the expensive options closer to town. The comfortable and clean rooms provided a beautiful view of the surrounding areas, including the magnificent Eagle Cap Wilderness and Wallowa Mountains. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, and the staff overseeing it were friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool and exercise room added to our overall satisfaction. We were impressed with the promptness in returning a forgotten item that was shipped to us.
