The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was recently remodeled and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The morning meal could be improved by offering more variety in the breakfast options.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Findlay and had a wonderful experience at Surestay Hotel By Best Western. the room was impeccably clean and had obviously been recently renovated. the bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. the staff was also incredibly friendly and efficient, making our interactions with them a pleasure. the location was convenient, right off the highway, and we had no trouble finding the hotel.

The location of this hotel was very convenient as it was right off the highway, with restaurants nearby. This made it perfect for our overnight stay while traveling to our destination. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with fridges and microwaves, which was a nice touch. The hotel offered pretty good wifi, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was a bit disappointing, with only prewrapped snack cakes, apples, and oranges available. This meant that we had to spend extra money on our food expenses.

Breakfast was not always available at the desired time and the coffee was not of good quality.

Secondly, the room was clean and cozy, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of parking right in front of the hotel, and the well-lit parking lot provided a sense of security. Lastly, the hotel's WiFi worked perfectly, making it easy for me to stay connected during my stay.
