The hotel's location is fairly close to the Heavenly gondola and offers easy access to hot spots in the area. There are also plenty of other places to check out nearby. The rooms are comfortable and provide guests with a solid base for skiing. Additionally, the friendly staff is always willing to assist.

The hotel could use some renovations to address issues such as dirty showers and uncomfortable beds, as mentioned in other reviews.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was beautiful, surrounded by stunning pine trees. The housekeeping, room amenities, heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities were top-notch. We also loved the 24-hour reception, onsite dining, and the staff, who were friendly and accommodating.
