The staff at this hotel were great! They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the free breakfast offered at the hotel. It had a good variety of options to choose from.

The room we stayed in was quite dated and could use some updating. There were some issues with the amenities at the hotel, such as the indoor pool being out of order and the jacuzzi having no water.

I recently stayed at Econo Lodge in Flowood for a few nights for business purposes. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and the room itself was spacious with plenty of natural light. The location was safe and convenient, not too far from downtown Jackson and close to restaurants and a gas station. The value for the price paid was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The room was clean and had a nice large refrigerator, and there were plenty of convenient electric outlets. The decaf coffee provided in the room was a rare find at economy hotels, and the waffles and coffee at breakfast were delicious.
