I loved how close this hotel was to shopping and dining options! There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was just a short drive to the local casino where we had a fantastic time. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

However, the cleanliness of some common areas could use improvement.

The King Suite had a decent layout, offering a fair amount of space for a couple to enjoy. The smoking option is a rare find and provides the familiar comfort of home for those who prefer it.

However, the experience quickly turned south. There were no towels provided for the second night, and when I asked for more, they were short on supply. The floors and furniture hadn’t seen a cleaning in ages—dust and an oily substance made for an uncomfortable environment. I even had to buy my own towels at a store when the front desk couldn't accommodate me.

The towels were a struggle!!! Having to run to the store for my own face towels was annoying!!! The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired—dust all over and an uncomfortable greasy floor!!!

Oh, the pastries from the nearby bakeries were pure delight! I indulged in buttery croissants and rich chocolate éclairs. Plus, I loved the convenience of multiple dining spots right around the corner, perfect after a long day. The rooms had a fair amount of comfort, despite their needs for updates.

Now, here’s the twist, getting basic items felt like a scavenger hunt! They had towels for the first night but ran out the next, and I had to dash to the store for my own.

Had an awesome time with friends at the hotel. We explored the Stax Museum of American Soul Music and watched a movie at the local theater. The room was spacious, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely enjoyed the awesome complimentary breakfast too! Great spot for chill gatherings with buddies.

One downside was that when we checked in, it took a bit longer since the front desk seemed overwhelmed. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to be aware of during busy times.

Totally recommend for a weekend
