The coffee in the mornings was a lifesaver, especially with the prepackaged items available. the location was super convenient, close to attractions and with a lovely mountain stream to enjoy.

The check-in experience was a bummer - arrived early and was rudely told to find something to do. the room definitely needed updating, especially the old bathroom with cracked tiles and faulty fixtures.

My stay at Econo Lodge on the river in Gatlinburg was delightful. the balcony overlooking the river was a highlight. the proximity to Smoky Mountain Park was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and efficient. the peaceful location, spacious room, and free breakfast were fantastic perks. Additionally, the easy access to nearby restaurants and the serene sound of the river made for a truly relaxing stay. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
