The staff at Marriott were exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and attentive service. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk person, Ms Sam, was especially friendly and accommodating. She made sure all my needs were met and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The club lounge staff, Velmia, was also amazing, always with a smile and attention to detail. I felt truly cared for during my time here.

The pool bar and room service were excellent, making up for the hotel's need for cosmetic updates. the service provided by the staff was great, with the only minor issue being the size of the beds, which were doubles and a little tight for two people. the location was ideal, especially for those visiting their loved ones at Fort Bliss. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip as it had easy access to the interstate. This made it convenient for me to navigate the city and reach my destinations without any hassle. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were major disappointments. the pool area was not well-maintained and there were even people jumping the pool fence, which was a safety concern.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the airport and city center. The location was extremely convenient, especially for early morning flights. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the nice view from the concierge lounge. Although the coffee could be improved, the food selection was good, and breakfast was available for early risers. it was a value for money experience.
