I recently stayed at El Vado Motel for a quick filming trip. The rooms were modern and clean, exceeding my expectations. The location near Old Town was fantastic, providing a safe and historic atmosphere. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and even went out of their way to provide an iron in my room. The on-site pool and outdoor seating area were charming, although it was too cold for a swim. The variety of restaurants and the tap room made dining convenient. it was a great experience.

The location is perfect, with cute stores and great food options nearby. The outdoor areas are amazing, with a cool pool and a covered patio with misters. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay outstanding. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and newly remodeled. The a.c., shower, and room amenities are top notch. The decorations and art add a unique and fun touch.

Noisy street in the evenings.

We had a great stay at a unique and modernized 50's era motel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Despite a few hiccups, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The motel's location was convenient for us, close to cycling down Rio Grande, near old town, and across from the botanical gardens. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of our room. we would recommend this hotel for its cool concept and good location.

Loved the clean and comfortable rooms, and the helpful staff. The location in a historic area was perfect and felt safe. There were great dining options nearby and the motel had a 1930s auto court feel with modern updates. The integrated shops, cafes, and event space added to the wonderful energy of the place. Live music in the courtyard was a nice touch.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the old town and surrounded by independent shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool. The service was friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed the variety of food options available onsite.

We had a great stay at El Vado Motel! the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. the motel is conveniently located across the street from the ABQ BioPark's aquarium and botanical gardens, making it a perfect spot for tourists. the rooms were spacious and nicely renovated, and we found them to be very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the retro charm of the motel, which had a modern feel. the plaza with food stalls was a fantastic bonus, and we appreciated being able to walk to places like Old Town during the day. a wonderful experience!

The overpowering smell of cleaner in the room when we checked in was quite off-putting. Additionally, the check-in process took longer than expected, which was frustrating.

The room was super cute and comfy, with a really comfortable bed and exceptional water pressure in the shower. We loved that there were multiple restaurants, a brewery, and shops right in the same complex. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right there.

At check, in, we were asked for a $100 security deposit, which we found a bit off, putting. It made us feel like the hotel didn't have much confidence in their guests.

Loved working at the secretary desk with plugs and USB ports nearby. The Event Center was perfect for my imaginary celebrations. The outdoor plaza was a great place to meet. no one. The art gallery was an excellent venue to admire art I didn't understand. Heavenly Taste Cakery was voted best because their bakery actually had cake.

I was devastated that there were no light displays, animated sculptures, or twinkling surprises in my room. How dare they!

The renovated historic Route 66 motor inn was beautifully designed, blending modern conveniences with its charming vintage atmosphere. The location was perfect, with the Botanic Garden and Old Town just a short walk away. The courtyard, with its food vendors and live music, created a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. The bar staff were friendly and the drinks were great.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The bar had a wide variety of beers and the bartender was knowledgeable. The food court and small eateries had convenient service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well-designed. The architecture and restoration story added character to the property.
