Element in Colorado Springs exceeded all expectations. the staff was exceptional, rooms clean, and beds incredibly comfortable. the proximity to various attractions and secure underground parking were notable highlights. Enjoyed the hot tub and stunning views.

Had an awesome time during my New Year's stay! the friendly and helpful staff made check-in a breeze, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and easy access to key places. Loved the free breakfast with plenty of options and the kind cook who interacted with guests.

The room's soundproofing was not the best, as we could hear street noise from nearby bars. the coffee bar was lacking, and the pool was colder than expected despite being heated.
