My girlfriend needed emergency surgery and we had to check in at Element Huntsville on Sunday. com. When we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing lady at the front desk who made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. The room was clean, spacious, and above average. The staff promptly provided us with extra towels and a remote when requested. The location was also great and the staff was friendly.

Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Element were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, I had forgotten to bring any makeup with me, but the front desk ladies were kind enough to recommend a place where I could buy some and even offered to apply it for me. That really saved the day! Also, the food at the Sage Grille was absolutely delicious.

The room wasn't perfect when I checked in. There was a towel stuffed under the bathroom sink and the vent in the bathroom didn't work.

This hotel is located close to everything, with shops, restaurants, and a great shopping mall nearby. The rooms are well-equipped with a little kitchen and all the amenities of a beautiful Westin right downstairs.

I recently stayed at Element Huntsville for a weekend getaway. The front desk staff was exceptional, making us feel truly welcome. The room was clean and spacious, with the added bonus of extra towels and prompt service when we requested them. The location was superb, and the suite exceeded our expectations. The modern decor and "green" construction were refreshing touches, and the 12-foot ceilings and beautiful view in the room made it truly special.

The complimentary amenities like the washer and dryer and free bikes were a nice touch. The pool, workout room, and quick elevators were all up to par.

The location is perfect, surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. Also, there's a shopping mall right next to it, which is a plus. The room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful and clean bathroom. The staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast had a limited variety, but was fresh and well-prepared. Room included a convenient kitchenette, and hardwood floors that gave it a modern feel.

There was a payment issue which took too long to resolve due to lack of staff communication.

The breakfast was not great, but the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of complementary facts offered which made the stay better. the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The bathroom lighting was also not great. However, on the whole, my stay was a good experience.
