This hotel is a great value for money. It's located close to the beach and the rooms are new and well-designed, with all necessary amenities. The happy hour with complimentary craft beers and bikes available for use were a nice touch. I particularly appreciated the water filter, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the rooms.

The complimentary breakfast could use some improvement, but all else was great.

Had a decent New Year at a hotel near the beach. Breakfast was really good and healthy, and there were many options to choose from. The location was perfect as it was surrounded by amazing restaurants and it was only a short walk to the beach. Another great thing was the spacious and well-equipped room with a kitchenette where we could cook and prepare food.

One thing that was frustrating was having to pay extra to park our car. the A/C in the room wasn't good and we couldn't control the temperature, which resulted in waking up at 3am to a warm and uncomfortable room.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants and a convenience store. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The front desk staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and are always smiling. The breakfast is delicious and offers healthy options. The hotel has a zen-style decor, creating a peaceful and soothing environment.

The AC in the rooms is not great, as it is on a motion sensor and sometimes the temperature can fluctuate during the night, causing discomfort.

The location of Element was perfect, with great restaurants and a Walgreens nearby. The staff were wonderful, the place was clean and modern. The room felt like a cozy studio apartment, with comfortable furniture and multiple large TVs. The on-site amenities, like the games in the front and toys for the dogs, added to the enjoyable experience. The happy hour with free beer/wine and cheese was a great way to mingle with other guests. Having a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
