The hotel had a nice lobby, and the rooms were spacious. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from.

The rooms could use some updating as the paint was showing its age and the shower ceiling was flaking. Additionally, the housekeeping service was lacking as my room was not cleaned during my entire stay, despite multiple complaints to the front desk.

This hotel has a great location right in Midtown with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby, making it easy to orient ourselves to the local area. Additionally, the room was modern, immaculate, and featured a full kitchen, rain shower head. The breakfast was also a standout, offering fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly, with water bowls and snacks in the lobby.

There was a mild pet smell in the lobby and hallway, which could be bothersome for those who are pet-averse.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchenette. The hotel offered a complimentary happy hour with wine and cheese. a comfortable stay with attentive service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a nice area. The location to Midtown Crossing was a big plus, as we were very close to everything in the city. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast provided was very good, with a surprise bonus of a custom omelette station.
