Staff provided local taxi number at first visit. Ideal place for me with 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Fitness center, Outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi. All I need in one spot. Coming back for Christmas.

Element was a fantastic experience! the restaurant, happy hour, pool, and outdoor games kept the kids entertained. the room size was impressive, and the hotel's overall style was charming. Despite being on a busy street, the large parking lot in the rear was convenient and felt quiet and safe, making our stay enjoyable. We would definitely choose Element again for our next visit, and our kids were reluctant to leave.

Really enjoyed the well, decorated lobby and fabulous shower during my business trip. the amenities were top, notch and the signature fragrance added a nice touch. Additionally, the location was convenient for getting around the city, with plenty of parking available.

The breakfast experience left a lot to be desired. I had to settle for cold options as the freshly made omelet station was unattended.

The breakfast on Wednesday morning had some old items, such as dry bread and a milk pitcher with a ring of old milk.

Our stay at Element was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms felt spacious and cozy, giving us a home-like feeling. The location was perfect, making it convenient for exploring the area. Despite a few minor issues like a small breakfast and an odd location with a roundabout, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Waco.

This hotel is amazing! the service is absolutely outstanding, from the moment we arrived until we left. Rooms are modern, bright and clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread which included a variety of fresh bread and pastries. the location is perfect, within walking distance from many tourist attractions and hotspots in the city.

While the location was great, the entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky to navigate. the roundabout leading to the hotel is a bit confusing and could be dangerous.
