Nice stay with a few bumps

Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were comfy and clean, perfect for our Disney trip! Just wish the elevators weren’t so slow; we waited ages to get one, and there were a few noise issues with rowdy guests. Still, I loved the location and the vibe there!

The Embassy Suites By Hilton Anaheim South offered a wide range of amenities to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The 14-story garden atrium created a peaceful and beautiful ambiance, and the hot tub provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day at Disneyland. The spacious and tastefully decorated two-room guest suites were well-equipped with a sofa, air conditioning, and a large boardroom-type table, making it feel like a home away from home.

I did encounter a minor issue with the turn down service. Despite putting up the "Do not disturb" sign, it was removed, and the replacement of towels during the turn down service was inconsistent.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with its proximity to Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge, and various restaurants and stores. Additionally, the rooms were clean and the room service was fast, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

On the downside, the breakfast options were disappointing, especially considering the price paid for the stay. It would have been better if these details were provided upfront to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

the hotel had a great location close to DisneyLand and offered a convenient shuttle service for just $7 a day. the parking price was reasonable and the hotel staff was very accommodating, even though the hotel was fully booked. the pool and hot tub were nice amenities, especially since they stayed open until midnight.

The only thing we didn't like was that the air conditioner in our room was very noisy and constantly turning on and off. It was also a bit difficult to control the temperature, as it would either give off warm heat or make us freeze.

There were issues with the elevators, with only two out of four working at times. the pull-out couch mattress was uncomfortable, with noticeable springs.

Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near local restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, making our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, from the friendly greeting at the entrance to the attentive room service. The amenities provided here were top-notch, such as the delicious buffet breakfast, spotless laundry and dry cleaning service, and shuttle bus which was right outside, making going to town a breeze.

we stayed at embassy suites and had a great experience. the hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we even had a view of the fireworks from our room. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff provided excellent customer service. we also enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle to disneyland, which was right at the hotel. overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Spacious king rooms with nice counter space, two TVs, and large mini kitchen area with microwave and mini fridge. Convenient shuttle to Disney. Friendly and helpful staff from front desk to facility maintenance. Tasty breakfast with jungle theme. Nice place for families overall.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Disneyland and had a great experience. The hotel room was updated and didn't face the front entrance, giving me a peaceful atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to see fireworks behind the treetops when I opened the bedroom windows at night. The staff was prompt in bringing extra pillows and blankets when I requested them.

Although the hotel could use some updates and improvements, especially in terms of its dated appearance, the overall experience was enjoyable. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland and there were ample amenities to make the stay comfortable.
