I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in McAllen for a family vacation. The staff was amazing, from the friendly front desk girls to the awesome bartenders. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and fresh, and we loved our spacious 2-room suite. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were fantastic, with a great variety of food options. The pool was enjoyable, and we appreciated the shops and restaurants within walking distance. this hotel exceeded our expectations and will be our top choice for future visits. It's worth every penny.

Exceptional customer service from the hotel staff, who were friendly and accommodating. Modern and immaculate hotel with a beautiful view of a lake and fountains. Prompt response from the concierge and manager when I experienced a noise disturbance from the room above me.

There was one small inconvenience that stood out to us. During the evening reception, there was a spread of cheese and pretzels next to chips and salsa.

Great stay, excellent experience. The hotel had a convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. The gym was well-equipped and the staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options. The bartenders were engaging and the shuttle driver provided excellent service. a memorable experience.

One odd and slightly annoying aspect was that during the evening reception, the hotel refused to allow guests to have chips that were set up next to other snacks. They even put up a sign saying "employees only.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was directly across from the Convention Center and very close to shops and restaurants. I loved being within walking distance of everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the lobby to my room. The facilities were great, especially the well-equipped gym. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the young lady at the bar. The complementary drinks and snacks in the evening were a great touch. The made-to-order hot breakfast was delicious and fresh.

It was wonderful staying at this hotel, especially since it's so close to the convention center. We love how convenient it is to everything and how Claudia always provides a great experience at the bar area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and fantastic service. We enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast and the clean pool. The comfortable seating area and views were a noteworthy advantage.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the fantastic conference center and flexible staff. It was perfect for all of my professional needs. Additionally, the location was key as it was surrounded by great restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for dining or browsing. The rooms were fantastic and the lobby was impressive, providing a relaxing setting after a long workday.

While my overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. I did have some trouble with the water in the bathroom, with low water pressure and occasionally lukewarm temperature due to high demand.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the McAllen Convention Center area. It's located just a short walk from a shopping center, making it super convenient for all your needs. Plus, it's right across from the Convention Center, so you'll never miss out on any celebrations or events. The attention to detail is evident throughout, especially in the rooms. I had a comfortable stay in a room with a king-size bed that was just perfect. The staff also deserves a shoutout for their exceptional service. From the friendly front desk team, led by Cynthia, Lizette, and Audry, to the wonderful bar tenders. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus, with Yamilex greeting me every morning with a smile and a warm "good morning.

Our recent stay at Embassy Suites was wonderful. We were in town for a family outing and stayed for two nights. The breakfast was incredible, with a tremendous array of selections and fantastic food. The complementary happy hour with two drinks was a real treat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room with separate living room and bedroom, and the two TVs in each room. The entire hotel was well-equipped, including a beautiful lobby, Starbucks, and room service. The gym was also impressive with everything we needed. this is now our hotel of choice whenever we visit the area and we highly recommend it to everyone.
