The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The location is ideal, as it is close to the Galleria, downtown Nashville, and many of the hospital corporations in the area. The complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets is a definite highlight.

The hotel had great value for money. The rooms were very well-equipped - we had a double bedroom which was very cozy, and even had a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff were extremely accommodating, and breakfast was included in our rate which was a great added bonus. The made-to-order omelets were a stand-out for us, so delicious!

The location of the hotel was convenient for me as it was right next to the highway and close to the business I was visiting. Additionally, it was close to the mall and downtown Nashville, providing various options for entertainment and shopping.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, a hair dryer, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the happy hour specials at the bar.

We stayed at Embassy Suites for a short visit to be near shopping. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our spacious room had great facilities and was quiet despite being near a road. The food, especially the breakfast, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book with this hotel again and the personal touch of the manager checking on guests made us feel valued.
