The front desk quickly resolved any issues I had, from a malfunctioning air conditioner to a dark TV in my room. The customer service was excellent, with the staff apologizing and making things right every step of the way. The complimentary breakfast, although missing omelets, was still good. the hotel was clean, and the hospitality was top-notch. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast options were the best I've ever had anywhere. The rooms were not only huge but also clean, and I loved having a large balcony where I could relax. The hotel's location near the airport and the highway was a huge plus, and the pool area was great for unwinding in the evenings. this hotel is like coming home and I highly recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as they offered a free shuttle bus service to downtown, making it convenient to explore the city without having to use a car. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and provided great service throughout our stay.

On the first night of our stay, we encountered bed bugs in our room, which was a big inconvenience. While the staff quickly moved us to another room and cleaned our belongings, it meant that we were without our things for the entire day until they were returned in the evening.
