I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in downtown Ft Worth for a weekend getaway. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the front desk to the valet and even the morning Starbucks barista, everyone was friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Sundance Square and Bass Hall. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the nightly reception was a lovely touch. a fantastic stay!

Great service! the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Nikki from Guest Services who went above and beyond to fulfill a late-night request. Free breakfast and evening Manager's Reception were a nice touch and helped save on food and drinks.

Some attention to detail was lacking. Trash cans were overflowing, towels were missing upon arrival, and forks were out of stock at the breakfast buffet.

I loved the separate seating space in the room and the ability to adjust the temperature to my liking. The staff, including valet parking employee Yosef, the blonde front desk agent, and the bartender Michelle, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

With its fantastic location right in Sundance Square and close proximity to the Fort Worth Convention center, travelers are able to experience all the downtown activities at their doorsteps. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and great views. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the fitness center and pool facilities.

The valet parking service can be quite inconvenient, especially during busy times.

The location is perfect for exploring the downtown area, with several restaurants within walking distance. The atrium with its lush greenery and flowing waterfalls made for a unique and calming atmosphere. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and sitting area. The staff went out of their way to help me and facilitate my requests, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with cooked to order pancakes, omelets, and more.
