I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a family trip and had an amazing time. The hotel had everything we needed, including delicious meals delivered right to our room and a fantastic happy hour. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with our car trouble. The room was spacious and clean with super comfortable beds. I also loved the complimentary drinks and the option to grab a delicious breakfast to go. The hotel had great amenities, like a pool and a spa, and everyone followed safety protocols. At my first stay, the staff recommended great places to eat. This place suits my needs perfectly with luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, and more. I'm looking forward to returning for Easter.

The breakfast was dynamic and staff, especially "Weezy," were excellent and went above and beyond. The complimentary shuttle service was convenient, and we loved the hassle-free New Year's Eve celebration with delicious pizza and awesome breakfast. However, we encountered some hiccups with room key access and billing errors.

The location is fantastic, with everything you need close by and centrally located for easy access to attractions. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities like a TV, mini kitchen between 2 king beds.

The staff at Embassy Suites Hot Springs was exceptional, especially those who cleared away breakfast dishes. The breakfast layout was impressive and the bed was very comfy. The spacious shower/bathroom was a plus. The hotel's location next to the convention center was perfect, and if the weather allowed, it was convenient to walk to the main strip of Hot Springs.

The parking situation at the hotel was a bit inconvenient. There was not enough parking available, so we had to park across the street and cross four lanes of traffic to get to the hotel.
