Everything is what i need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites. The evening reception was a delightful surprise and we loved the beautiful building and peaceful atrium. The suites were absolutely stunning and far superior to what other hotels offer. The location was also perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, situated in a safe area of the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms with a king bed were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy environment to relax in. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start my day off right.

The hotel's location is excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby, a shopping mall right next door, and plenty of shopping options. The spacious rooms and nicely appointed bathrooms are a plus, and the free breakfast is quite good. The hotel also has nice pool and jacuzzi facilities.

The air conditioning in the rooms struggles to cool down the space and can leave the room a bit too warm.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! It is right next to a shopping mall and within walking distance to several restaurants in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Late check-in, room given away to someone else, given a room with one bed instead of two. Baseball team at location caused mix-up. Manager offered a room with no air conditioning but provided fans. Very upset about room situation. Angry about the treatment and long check-in process. Child had to sleep on floor.

This hotel is awesome! The location is excellent, right behind Mall Del Norte and close to several restaurants. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are great. I had a corner suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was always good, with a nice variety of food and beverages.

The hot tub was a bit disappointing because it wasn't connected and was very cold, even though it was indoors.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It offers great value for money with its high-quality amenities, very friendly staff, and impeccable attention to detail. The beds are super comfy and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. I also love that the hotel is located in a safe part of the city where I can get a good night's sleep.

The staff was amazing, courteous, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and the omelette station was amazing. The evening reception was a great surprise and the building was beautiful.

The room was impeccably clean and quiet, providing a great night's sleep. the beds and pillows were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! the hotel is located in a safe area, providing peace of mind. the staff, especially Lynette and Melissa, were amazing and attentive. They quickly accommodated my request for a room change and brought an extra blanket within minutes. the USB port by the bed was convenient and the comfortable office space allowed me to work remotely if needed. the manager's reception in the lobby and bar every evening was a highlight, with superb margaritas. the free made-to-order breakfast was unbeatable.

The WiFi in the room was poor, which was inconvenient. Some staff members, particularly at the bar during the manager's hour, were rude and made us feel uncomfortable.
