My experience was tarnished by a few serious issues. The elevators were broken during my stay, resulting in long waits that were incredibly frustrating. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of cleanliness, as I found toenail clippings in my first assigned room.

Great staff and fantastic breakfast with made-to-order omelets. Some areas felt outdated though.

Happy hour and the omelet bar were delightful! The room was comfortable and spacious, with clean common areas and available staff to assist with needs.

this hotel was a major letdown. the rude staff at happy hour were just the icing on the cake. oh, and the musty smell in my room was a delightful touch. after paying top dollar, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade, but that also seemed like too much to ask. couldn't even consider a good review.

Had a canny time, like! The room was right comfy, and the breakfast with freshly made omelets was spot on! But, had a bit of a faff with the slow check-out 'cause the counter was chocka. Still, would come back for that brekkie!

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and clean linens. I enjoyed the generous suite space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The overall vibe was decent, making for a pleasant one-night getaway!

The carpets looked like they hadn’t seen a vacuum in ages, and the couch sagged more than my patience at check-in! I felt like I needed a good shampoo after stepping foot in there.

I stayed for a night and the suite was super roomy! The bed felt amazing and the room cooled down just right. Loved the high-quality shower gels. The guys at the front desk were really nice too. Just wish the elevator situation was better during busy hours. Breakfast omelettes were a nice perk!

The room service offering excellent meals made a stressful visit much more manageable. The mobility access suite was spacious and comfortable, making it suitable for the whole family. However, the cleanliness of the common areas was concerning. the carpets looked filthy and the exterior spaces could use more attention. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, featuring freshly made omelets that helped start our day on a good note.
