The cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi was subpar, which was disappointing. the room phone did not work and it took a long time for maintenance to fix the issue, causing inconvenience.

My recent stay at Embassy Suites in Downey was pleasant and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs, with convenient access to Tesla superchargers and nearby amenities. The renovated hotel looked great and had a beautiful property. The staff, especially the kitchen staff, provided excellent customer service. The breakfast options were superior to other hotels I've stayed at. I had a positive experience during my stay at Embassy Suites.

There were a few areas for improvement. The room insulation could have been better, as I could hear dripping water and road noise from outside.

I had a great stay at this hotel! This place has an ideal location in a nice neighbourhood, which is very convenient when you need to move around the area. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, like Porto's Bakery & Cafe just a block away, which is one of my favorite places here. The service was remarkable, with attentive staff always happy to help me with housekeeping, laundry, taxi service, and tours/ticket assistance. I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and enjoyed the happy hour. The room was fantastic, with all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, heating. The terrace and sitting area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the soundproofed rooms ensured peace and quiet.

Although the staff were generally friendly and helpful, I had some issues with their customer service. However, despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have an enjoyable and luxurious stay here.
