great stay with spacious room and comfortable bed.

Location is convenient for the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel is dated, and the food options were very basic.

The room felt like a cozy retreat and was super clean! Breakfast was a treat each morning, scrumptious and satisfying. I was so thrilled to enjoy the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi—it was the perfect way to unwind!

They initially put me in a room with a disabled shower, then, after a long battle, finally moved me to a room with hot water. Totally frustrating experience overall!

The hotel staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The indoor pool kept the kids entertained for hours. Plus, the evening reception had tasty snacks which we all loved.

It cost a pretty penny, but we found it acceptable.

Breakfast was good, just like at other Embassy Suites. The luggage scale was a nice touch, and the shuttle service was fast and convenient. the room was disappointing. We ended up in a tiny, smelly handicap room by housekeeping, and the bed was uncomfortably firm. Some staff were friendly, but check-in was lacking, especially after a long day. The pool needed cleaning, and the restaurant was mostly uninviting with dirty tables. It was a mixed bag—convenient for our trip, but it left quite a bit to be desired.

The room was impressively large, featuring two separate sleeping areas, perfect for our family. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful place after long flights. we experienced noise from water in the bathroom, which was distracting but manageable. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room pleasant. Despite requesting extra pillows and blankets multiple times, we never received them. The ambiance was nice, but some hallways had an unpleasant odor. the layout and space were great, even if certain aspects of service and amenities fell short.

The proximity to the airport was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. However, Wi-Fi on the 8th floor was non-existent, and street noise was a bit loud. Overall, a pleasant experience with minor room issues. Would return.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be perfectly situated just a short walk from several popular dining spots like Jersey Mike's Subs and Starbucks, making it easy to grab a bite or a coffee on the go, and within almost 2 km of notable landmarks like the Tom Bradley International Terminal and the Automobile Driving Museum, which I thoroughly enjoyed exploring during my weekend strolls; while the hotel offered adequate amenities and friendly staff, I think there's definitely room for improvement in maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities.

The indoor pool is also a plus. we faced significant room service issues. Despite three requests, our room remained unmade, and we dealt with dirty towels and lack of supplies. Management should have prioritized cleanliness in such a well-regarded establishment. Staff were friendly, but operational shortcomings cannot be overlooked. The shuttle service needs attention too—it was unreliable, especially at night. This hotel has potential, but urgent improvements in service and housekeeping practices would elevate the experience. I would consider a return only if these issues are addressed.
