Great vibe and awesome views

Really enjoyed the comfy stay and those stunning SF skyline views from our 8th floor room! Breakfast was a highlight—super tasty and had plenty of options. The staff was mostly friendly, but parking was kinda tight and check-in took longer than expected. Would’ve loved a little more help with our bags too!

Great value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, with a couch and two beds which was perfect for my family of four. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and the exercise room was adequate. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary happy hour from 5pm - 6:30pm. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs being in a business district. The shuttle service to the airport was super convenient and it allowed us to explore the city without worrying about transportation. We absolutely loved the free breakfast in the beautiful atrium and the staff was always attentive and helpful. The spacious suite with all the amenities made our stay even better.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in South San Francisco for a weekend getaway. The hotel offers a free shuttle from SFO airport as well as complimentary shuttles to Union Square in San Francisco on Fridays and Saturdays. Although I didn't try the breakfast, it's included in the stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the prices were much more reasonable than staying in San Francisco itself. It was also easy to get around with a quick Uber ride to most parts of the city.

While the lobby entrance had an impressive high-class feel, the room and bathroom were outdated and in need of a remodel. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with springs poking against my back, leading to an unpleasant night's sleep.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful.

The experience was great and we felt very relaxed - nothing to complain about.

Magnificent room! the suite was spacious and had separate areas for living, dining, and sleeping. It was very comfortable and clean. the location of the hotel was great, close to the airport and convenient to get around the city. the included breakfast was a big bonus, with a variety of options to choose from. the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice feature too, although I didn't have time to use them.

The lobby store didn't have pain relievers available for purchase, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the sound from the lobby atrium traveled to the upper floor rooms, which made it easier to hear conversations and noise from below.

We enjoyed our stay in this strategic location close to the airport, in the heart of the business district. Our spacious suite had a separate living area, and the bathroom was clean and neat. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the helpful staff. The fitness center was a bit small but had everything we needed.

The furniture in the room felt old and dated, giving the room a musty smell.

I recently stayed at a hotel near San Francisco Airport and had a really good experience. the value for money was great - the prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a good deal. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The carpet was new and in good condition, and the pullout couch on the upper level was a nice touch. In addition to these features, the breakfast included in the rate had a waterfront view, which made for a pleasant start to the day.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The staff were attentive and friendly, always available to assist with any requests. The clean suites were a pleasant surprise and the attention to detail really showed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including made to order omelettes. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short distance from the airport and with easy access to attractions in the area.

The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the rooms. While the suites were clean, there were some issues with housekeeping not vacuuming or cleaning the bathrooms during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was close to the airport and there was a shuttle bus available for transportation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options including cook-to-order pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. The staff were friendly and helpful, working well as a team.

The front desk girl, Alicia Richardson, was incredibly nice and welcoming, providing excellent assistance. The location was great and the staff were amazing. The free breakfast and airport shuttle were excellent. The suites were clean and there were lots of attentive staff members.
