I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a weekend getaway. From the moment I called about my misplaced shirts, the staff went above and beyond to help. The breakfast spread was better than other hotels, with a variety of hot food options. The front desk staff was always helpful, especially when I needed to extend my stay. The suite itself was spacious, with comfortable beds, great blackout curtains, and a nice bathroom. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

During my Easter stay, I absolutely loved the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. the room had a fresh and modern feel, and it was evident that the hotel had undergone recent renovations. One of the highlights of my stay was the phenomenal room service food. It was some of the best I have ever experienced, truly exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the indoor heated saltwater pool was amazing and provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. the friendly and welcoming customer service throughout the hotel was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

There were a few aspects that were less than ideal. the breakfast area seemed disorganized and poorly arranged, as if it was affected by ongoing renovations.

I had a perfect stay at Embassy Suites! The large suites were amazing and the beds and linens were so comfortable. The Cascades restaurant served a delicious PNW cobb salad and the made-to-order omelets for breakfast were a treat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I felt safe in the area. The hotel is also conveniently located near Alderwood mall. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

The staff at the bar and breakfast were great. The room was lovely and the location was convenient. The indoor pool and breakfast selection were decent. The master bedroom was beautiful. The TV had a good location. The gym was well stocked and the pool looked nice.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a spacious and comfortable room at Embassy Suites. The location was convenient, just 20 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport. The staff, especially Scott in the breakfast area, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only improvement needed would be the breakfast items. The scrambled eggs on Sunday morning were undercooked and runny, resulting in our breakfasts going to waste.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a family vacation and it was a great choice! The Manager's reception with beer, wine, and snacks was a nice bonus, and the full breakfast in the morning was delicious. We loved our renovated room with its comfy bed, separate living space, and modern fixtures. The pool was a hit with our 2-year old as well.
