We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, with a bus stop right in front that took us directly to the events we wanted to attend in New York, including the Port Authority terminal on 42nd St. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, and the breakfast had an extensive variety of options.

We still felt satisfied with the overall value of the amenities and services offered at this place. We especially enjoyed the exercise gym that was easy to access and the free toiletries that were provided in our room.

We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the omelette lady at breakfast, who effortlessly juggled multiple orders without any mistakes. The hotel also had a great bar and dining area, offering delicious food and drinks. We also appreciated the easy access to public transportation, as well as the abundance of nearby food and shopping options. this place exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly enjoyable.

The breakfast ladies were caring and put in effort to create a nice breakfast setup. The cleaning staff were pleasant and professional. The front desk associates were helpful. The key access to the elevators made me feel secure.

Guests can easily take a $8 round trip bus ride into the city or catch a NJ transit bus straight to the Port Authority terminal. The room was well-equipped with a working fridge and water that gets hot quickly. The hotel also serves free breakfast and offers free parking.

The customer service at the hotel seems lacking. Some guests have experienced rude front desk agents or a delay in receiving a requested playpen.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a family trip. The hot made-to-order breakfast was delicious and we loved the attentive and friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel's location next to a bus stop made it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, having Walmart right behind the hotel was a convenient bonus.

I loved the option of having egg whites for breakfast, and the made-to-order omelets were plentiful and tasty. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a dramatic atrium-style design and a spacious suite that was clean and well-equipped. Parking was free and abundant in the adjacent parking garage, and the king sized bed in my room was very comfortable. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the option of taking public transportation to New York City.
