I had a room rented for Saturday the 12th and shortly after checking in, I had to leave due to an emergency at home. The front desk gentleman was understanding and promised to refund my money. Despite the difficulty in reaching them, they eventually authorized the refund. The room itself was small but nice, and the staff was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for its accommodating service.

Stayed at Ascend Hotel for a short trip to Boston and I had a great experience. the hotel itself is lovely, with comfortable beds, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light in the rooms. the design seamlessly blends old and new, creating a unique atmosphere. the location is perfect, just a short Uber ride away from downtown Boston. the staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. I especially loved the modern and clean room, complete with a super comfortable king bed and extra-large windows that made the room well-lit. Complimentary water bottles and after-shower robes were a nice touch.

Located close to the airport, this hotel is perfect for a quick stay before departing for a flight. The hotel is also very close to some stores, making it easy to buy any last-minute essentials. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great water pressure in the showers. Plus, the staff is helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection is quite limited.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Ascend Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Despite being close to the freeway, the noise was minimal. I also appreciated the variety of food options within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well-decorated and has stylish, modern rooms with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of free parking available. I appreciated the complementary scrabble game in the reception area, which was a fun way to pass the time.

The hotel's location is not ideal, as it is situated on a busy street in an industrial estate. the noise level from the nearby train line can be bothersome, particularly early in the morning.

The location was ideal, as it was close to a large restaurant wholesale and some other commercial/industrial areas. Additionally, it was slightly off the beaten track, making it peaceful for walking around and exploring. We were also impressed by the personalized and attentive service provided by the staff, who were always welcoming and accommodating.

The location was great for our romantic escape, being close to both the casino and downtown Boston. We enjoyed the convenience of a short Uber ride to explore the city. the room itself was spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that added to our romantic getaway.

There was only one mirror in the room, which made it a bit difficult for both of us to get ready at the same time. it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room for some quick and easy food options.

As a group of friends, we loved the unique decor and modern rooms. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The staff at EnVision Everett were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The giant magnetic Scrabble board in the lobby was a fun surprise for our group of Scrabble enthusiasts. The hotel's location offered convenient access to Assembly Row and downtown Boston, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

We felt completely happy with our stay at EnVision Everett, with no complaints whatsoever.
