I had a fantastic stay at this condominium. The location was perfect, with a quiet yet convenient spot in the city. It was just a block away from Peninsula State Park, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts like me. The two-bedroom layout provided ample space and privacy, and having a full bathroom upstairs and a half-bathroom downstairs was very convenient. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were great, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even called me when I forgot a key fob in the room, which I really appreciated. the cleanliness, location, and staff made my stay here wonderful.

We loved the spaciousness of the condo with separate bedrooms and a large area for meals and games. The location was unbeatable, just a block away from Peninsula State Park, perfect for biking and hiking. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even calling us when we forgot a key, and the access to the park was fantastic.

My partner and I recently stayed at a wonderful condo for a Fall weekend getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The condo itself was spacious and had a cozy fireplace in the living room. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds in the bedrooms. The highlight was the amazing bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. Plus, being so close to Peninsula State Park allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful Fall scenery. we highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Close to a lot

I had a great stay at Evergreen Hill Condominiums. The location was perfect, with comfortable condos right by the state park. We were able to walk to the bike rental shop and Peninsula State Park, as well as to town and the beach. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby too. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool was in excellent condition. The free cup of coffee at the cafe every morning was a nice touch. The only drawback was that the downstairs carpeting was a bit worn and musty. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient vacation.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location of this condo was perfect for us. We loved being near the shops and right across from the State Park. The condo itself was very clean and we appreciated having separate bedrooms and two small decks. The hide-a-bed was surprisingly comfortable too. we would highly recommend this place.

The location was unbeatable, with great hiking trails and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.
