My fiancée and I stayed at a hotel for one night to celebrate seeing the lights festival. the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond. the room was clean, newly redone, and had all the facilities we needed. the location, right off the bridge by the lake, was perfect. the AC, check-in process, and fridge were all excellent.

The room was cozy, with a perfect AC set at 66 degrees. the fridge was a full fridge, not just a drink cooler. However, the A/C occasionally cut off randomly. I wished it could get a bit colder at times. Despite minor issues, my stay was comfortable. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The location was great, right off the bridge and beside the lake, offering a picturesque setting. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home during our Christmas stay.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirty bedside tables and floors that left our feet black after walking on them. the noise from the main road was disruptive, especially when sirens went by.

Extended Stay offers self-catering with good facilities in good repair. the staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. the location is perfect, near the bridge and lake, and the newly redone facility ensures a pleasant stay.

I feel at home here. the staff even found my lost ring once! Free Wi-Fi, parking, TV, and a kitchen make it perfect. the rooms are smoke-free and cool. I keep coming back for cozy romantic getaways.

During my stay, the staff at the hotel, especially the lady at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed. They recognized my room number, provided excellent service, and even left a thoughtful note in the room. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, with everything in good repair and the hotel being right beside the lake, offering a picturesque location for relaxation. Cons: Everything was flawless; however, some minor improvements could enhance the guest experience.

As a light sleeper, appreciated quiet environment, comfy bed, and efficient AC at the new facility.
