The hotel had a grand entrance and the check-in process was easy. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with a great view of the beach. They even had a small living room area in the room. The shower area was spectacular with a ceiling rain shower head. The pool was beautiful and there was a paved walking/biking area along the beach that we enjoyed. The on-site restaurants were excellent.

We had some negative experiences at the bar, where there were a number of escorts/prostitutes. We were approached by them on multiple occasions. There were also issues with the bar charges, as the staff didn't ask us to sign for drinks and we disputed some of the charges upon checking out. There was also a delay in resolving the dispute with the hotel.

With a stunning view of the sunrise and sunset, the suite provides a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, as seen through their attentive and friendly demeanor. Guests can indulge in delicious meals at the hotel's restaurants, ensuring a satisfying and luxurious experience.

Despite the incredible amenities and services, some other hotels in the area may not match the caliber of service ultimately offered at this exceptional hotel.

I had the most incredible experience hosting a company event at the Faena. The rooms, amenities, and service were outstanding, and all of our guests were impressed. Thanks to Barbie from the Event Management Team, everything ran smoothly. I can't wait to return to this excellent hotel. I highly recommend it.

We loved the stunning hotel with its eye for detail on aesthetics. The staff, particularly Junior and Sebastian, were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and had a wonderful bathroom. The lunch at El Fuego was superb and the room service breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was great for shopping and the beach was a fantastic place to relax. The WetSpa was a must-visit, with its relaxing hammam and multiple steam rooms. The hotel also had plenty of live entertainment, including a show at the Faena Theatre.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that provided exclusive amenities that satisfied all of our needs. The service was impeccable, and the spa and wellness center offered the best massages we have experienced. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and the Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing evenings. It is perfectly located, with easy beach access and a fabulous restaurant.

The snacking area lacked variety, with only limited special diet menus available, which was a minor issue for us.

The complimentary champagne upon arrival and the free breakfast vouchers were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to local restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool was also a great spot with stunning views.

Our stay was marred by the lack of attention to detail and poor service. Our room was not properly cleaned, and we found items from previous guests left behind. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to guests, and our food orders were often incorrect. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.
