We had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, the French Quarter, and the beautiful Garden District. The innkeeper, Beatriz, was lovely and her bread pudding was absolutely delicious! The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing us with a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this B&B to others.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. Parking was easy to find on the street in front. The hotel was conveniently located near the center and right on the streetcar line to the French Quarter.

I'm really enjoying my stay in this area, as it's very close to the streetcar that takes you right into the center of everything. Plus, it's also convenient to the Convention Center. The location is definitely a big advantage.

I've been having some trouble with the TV and the remote control. It's not a big deal since I don't watch much TV, but it would have been nice to have.

I was disappointed with the breakfast service during my stay. Despite expecting breakfast to be included, I only received breakfast on the first day of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this quaint bed and breakfast. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for the comfortable rooms. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the antique furniture and decor to the personal touches that made it feel like visiting a grandparent's house. The location was perfect, right on the street in front of the hotel, close to everything and conveniently located near the train station. The basic amenities, including a fridge and coffee-making facilities in the room, were a great addition. I especially loved the private balcony that offered a lovely view. And the fact that breakfast was included made it even better! a delightful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairchild House and cannot say enough good things about it. The 1840s Greek Revival house is beautifully maintained and the rooms are well kept. The staff, especially Beatriz and her team, provided exceptional service and were incredibly helpful when my trip took an unexpected turn. The breakfast was delicious and the accessible location added tremendous value to my stay. I would gladly return to Fairchild House and highly recommend it.

The breakfast had a reasonable selection and the morning staff was very helpful and friendly. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to the streetcar and restaurants, and there was free street parking nearby.

The rooms were disappointing, with cobwebs on the ceiling, worn rugs, and dusty floors. the beds were uncomfortable and the curtains blocked the cool air from the A/C window unit.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay - fridge, coffee facilities, and a private balcony to enjoy the New Orleans vibe. The location is perfect - close enough to everything but not in the middle of the crowds. The breakfast included was amazing, we loved it!
