Wifi didn't work.

The room had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and a fridge. The walk-in shower was great and we enjoyed the view from the window.

Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

The location near the Orange Line subway station was perfect for attending events at the nearby Boston Garden. The staff members were friendly and passionate about their jobs, creating a positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The elevators requiring the room key card for access provided an added sense of security. Additionally, the breakfast served real eggs, a notable improvement compared to powdered alternatives.

The location was conveniently close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore. We appreciated the safety measures taken by the hotel, such as the elevators that required a room key card to activate. the breakfast was satisfying and had a good variety of options.

Our experience was not all positive. the noise level from the road and neighboring rooms was very high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of Fairfield was perfect for our needs, as we were attending a concert at the Boston Garden. Being near the Orange Line made transportation a breeze. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was also quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The decor throughout the hotel was modern and visually appealing. Additionally, the parking, although at an extra cost, was conveniently located and reasonably priced.

We reported the issue to the front desk, but it seemed to be a problem affecting multiple rooms. It would have been nice to have a functioning TV to unwind after a long day exploring Boston.
