This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like fast internet, free parking, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The staff even helped me return my forgotten hairbrush on my first visit. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

My family and i loved that this hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from great spots like Schantz Park and North Ponds Park, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the outdoors while also being super close to many dining options, including Sushi at Sogo Japanese Steakhouse and ice cream from Bruster's, which we definitely took advantage of during our stay. while the breakfast options were a bit limited and could use some improvement, overall it was a great home base for exploring the area.

The breakfast options were fresh and tasty, which made mornings enjoyable. The bathroom was incredibly small and a bit challenging to use.

The place was pretty tidy and staff were friendly. But the breakfast was bland and could've done with proper sausages. Overall, not too shabby! Chur!

Room cleanliness raised concerns, as hair and dirt were found upon check-in. Additionally, limited housekeeping service was disappointing, leaving guests with uncleaned areas for days.

Francisco at the front desk was extremely helpful and responded to my requests promptly. The duvet was removed as requested, and soft pillows were provided. I had no issues during my stay, and breakfast offered good options. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort throughout my visit. 😊

The King Room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and comfy seating. Loved the breakfast variety and good pool area. Enjoyed my stay with spa facilities too. The staff were nice and responsive. Totally worth it for the price!

But I must say, after getting some bites, it's clear my room hosted more than just me! Seems like scab inspectors are in high demand. perhaps they need to add that to the concierge list.

The King suite room was spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing. It was clean, and I appreciated the updated shower with the cool drain design. The bedding was super cozy, and I had a light duvet instead of heavy blankets which was nice for summer. I did wish the bathroom was a bit bigger though. it was tight! Breakfast had decent options, so I never left hungry. Great spot overall for just hanging out!

I loved the cozy vibe of the room, especially with the comfy beds and nice bathroom setup. perfect after a long day. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were such a bonus for unwinding in the evenings. The only downside was the thermostat that didn’t quite match the settings, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Overall, it was just a nice choice for a quick trip in Webster with excellent value for money. The updated shower was a pleasant surprise during my stay. Keep an eye on the blackout curtains. they can be tucked in nicely for better light control.
