This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping centers for Xmas shopping and all Rochester area attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, with white as snow linens and four pillows. The breakfast had a good variety of food and trays were available to take breakfast up to the room. Additionally, the staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful.

The television did not have a guide, making it cumbersome to change and find channels.

The staff at Fairfield Inn made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel had a nice little gym and a cute pool with a Jacuzzi. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Despite being near a highway, we didn't hear any noise from outside.

Additionally, the pool was crowded with kids, making it difficult for adults to enjoy the hot tub. It would have been better if there was a curfew for kids in the pool area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for its category. the interior was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a variety of options to satisfy everyone's appetite. the location was perfect, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.

On the downside, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. There were dirty towels on the floor and crumbs scattered around.

We recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Rochester East while attending a funeral. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were gracious and professional. The breakfast area was a great space for our large family to gather and the morning breakfast was fantastic. The location was convenient and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
