Had a canny stay! The indoor pool was proper lush after a long day, really helped me unwind. But, I’ll tell ya, the breakfast left a bit to be desired—could do with more options. Overall, a decent place to rest yer head, like.

The breakfast options were so lekker! Had a proper dik brekkie with eggs and waffles, and the staff were like chommies. Super friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The indoor pool felt great after a long day!

The elevator was out of order, which was a bit of a schlep, but they helped us change rooms to the first floor, so all good in the end.

I found the room functional and clean during my stay. However, the decor felt a bit dated and I encountered a cleanliness issue with the comforter. Breakfast options were limited, and the service could be improved, but the night staff did address our concerns. Great for a budget stay in Joliet.

As soon as we checked in, the front desk team made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to dining and attractions. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the clean indoor pool. it was perfect for unwinding after a long drive!

absolutely terrible experience, the pool was a tiny sardine can during a summer rush and no outside space was available, how quaint! plus, our room was not equipped for 4 people, ridiculous! i’m not sure how many times i needed to ask for towels, let alone a complimentary upgrade for such inconvenience. almost wrote a good review but just couldn't.

We had a great time at Fairfield Inn! The room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable, complete with a desk and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast options were decent as well. The staff, especially the day team, were really helpful in addressing our shower issue before we checked out. They made the resolution easy and enjoyable!

Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the poor signage to the hotel, making it hard to find. Additionally, the shampoo and body soaps were not in sealed individual containers, which made me uncomfortable using the communal soap pumps. Although the day staff tried to resolve my shower issue, it was frustrating that the night staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Had a decent stay for one night. The staff were super friendly, especially the one handling breakfast. She was on top of things! Just wish the entrance was easier to find and the room didn’t feel so cramped. Also, the snack bar could use more variety. Overall, not bad for a quick trip!

The hotel's location is perfect for racing fans, conveniently close to the Joliet race tracks. We stayed with my colleagues and enjoyed the nearby dining options, including some great local eats. The staff was attentive, especially during breakfast, keeping everything well-stocked for everyone.

My kids wished there were more open spaces for them to play outside.

during my stay, I appreciated the easy access to nearby parks like Lower Rock Run Preserve, which was just about 1.5 km away, perfect for morning walks, and there were plenty of dining options within a short walk, like Jimmy K's only a few steps away, making it so convenient after a long day of exploring the city.

The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in, making the process smooth. Unfortunately, my room had an issue with cleanliness, especially the towels. They seemed outdated and stained. The location offers access to bicycle rental, which is a great option for exploring the area.
