Great location in a peaceful area, close to popular sightseeing and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-decorated with a large screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The staff was amazing, courteous and very helpful. They immediately fixed an overcharge on my bill, and gave us clean towels and extra pillows. The maid service was outstanding.

The breakfast was lacking. There wasn't any coffee, juice or toast available which made the meal a disappointment.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a great shower head. The breakfast was delicious with a friendly attendant who kept the coffee hot and fresh. The location was convenient for our needs. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was close to restaurants and everything we wanted to see, while still being in a peaceful area. Secondly, the service was excellent. The wake-up service was really helpful and the staff were friendly and attentive. Lastly, the room amenities were outstanding. I appreciated having ironing facilities, air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a comfortable sitting area.

All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fast Wifi at the hotel. The location was also convenient, as it was right off the highway and there were restaurants nearby. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel offered free bottled water to its guests.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn in Fairview Heights for the High School Boys Bowling State Championships. The hotel was amazing with clean rooms and extra pillows. The price was much cheaper than other places nearby. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially the woman at the front desk who gave great restaurant recommendations. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth the stay. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive to detail. From the moment I checked in, they made sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities were all provided and the rooms were kept very clean. They even gave me extra pillows, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything that I wanted to see, in a quiet area, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I was very impressed with my stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Despite the occasional spill or drip that hadn't been cleaned up, overall the rooms were well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety and was satisfying, with the added bonus of free apples and fresh bananas.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a pleasant surprise, and the free shuttle to the nearby train station was a convenient way to explore the area. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions. The view from the rooftop was also breathtaking, especially during the New Year’s Eve fireworks.

The hotel itself was in serious need of maintenance. The paint was peeling off the walls, the carpets were stained and worn out, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled like mold.
