The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a mall, and other amenities. As vegetarian and vegan guests, we appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and a desk to eat at in our room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to Marywood University and our basketball tournament was a major plus. Plus, we were thrilled to have access to the indoor pool during our stay.

Friendly Front Desk

We arrived at the hotel in the midst of a snowstorm, and the parking lot was completely covered in ice. It was quite a challenge to walk across, but the friendly front desk staff immediately offered us assistance and even brought out salt to help melt the ice. They made sure we safely made it to the entrance of the hotel. Their kindness and willingness to help really stood out.
