I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, from Hugo in maintenance to Chuck who handled breakfast, and the wonderful young lady at the front desk, were all so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the free shuttle service that the hotel provided. It was so convenient and saved us a lot of hassle trying to find parking or figure out transportation. Another great aspect was the complimentary breakfast. It was a nice way to start the day and we appreciated the variety of options available. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to the airport and also near some shopping and dining options, making it easy for us to explore the area.

One thing we didn't like was that the heat in the room wasn't working properly. It was either too cold or too warm, and we had trouble finding a comfortable temperature.

One negative aspect was that the housekeeper attempted to enter the room before check-out time, even though she knocked. It would have been better if she had waited until guests had left or checked out before entering.

The room was clean and updated, which is always a plus. the staff at the front desk were interactive and accommodating, especially Jazmine who provided exceptional service. the breakfast offered at the hotel was top-notch, with a variety of delicious options. the lobby had an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel welcome. the set up of the rooms with the king size beds was also a favorite aspect of our stay.

There were a couple of issues that slightly marred our experience. there was a hiccup with the shuttle service, resulting in a waiting time of over an hour.
