Nice stay with room for improvement

The breakfast spread was solid with lots of choices! Our room was neat and comfy, but I was kinda bummed the indoor pool was closed. The check-in staff were friendly, though a bit overwhelmed at times. Despite that, we got good service.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, great for convenience, and the breakfast staff were eager to assist. However, the WiFi was inconsistent, and my interaction with some front desk staff was less than ideal. This place may be good for families needing affordable accommodations.

Braw place for the price! The breakfast was decent, with plenty of options, but the juice machine was out of order during my stay. Housekeeping could've been a bit more on the ball. Overall, a cracking spot just off the highway!

The room was pretty comfy, but a tad vintage. The staff worked their charm to help, even when my reservation went MIA!

The hot tub was hotter than my ex's temper, and I think the paint fumes were trying to knock me out! Not exactly a spa day, darling.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, helped me out when I needed directions around the area, which was a lekker bonus. Breakfast had some decent options that made for a nice start to the day, ja!

But, I found the mattress a bit hard for my liking, like sleeping on a rock, ag man.

Omg, check-in was a trip! Denise at the front desk was like, a total lifesaver, even saved me a spot for my trailer! The indoor pool looked super fun. But like, can we talk about the WiFi? Total hit or miss. And my room had the raddest mini fridge, love it!

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the clean and modern rooms. The kids loved the breakfast options, and we appreciated being close to Bent Brook Golf Course for a fun outing. The staff made check-in as smooth as can be.

My kids wished the indoor pool was open during our stay.

It was just an ideal choice for a momentary pause in Bessemer with good value for money. Room was nice and clean as expected, but I was really let down by the hot tub not being available like in the pictures, which was a letdown since I was looking forward to it.

Also, the decor felt somewhat dated, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. The bathroom had a fan, which was nice since a lot of places skip that. The feel of the place was modern overall, and the indoor pool area looked fun even if I didn’t use it.

Just a good pick for a brief stop-in in Bessemer with a reasonable price. Coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours a day, which was a nice perk. Make sure to check breakfast hours before heading down!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but there were some letdowns. I went expecting to use the hot tub, which wasn’t available. The front desk didn’t seem to know about its absence, causing disappointment. On a brighter note, the room was clean, and the check-in process was straightforward. I appreciate hotels that take care of details, something I value as an art historian. I would consider staying here again.
