The breakfast at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. It had a great variety of options, including healthy choices, which was a welcome change from other hotels we stayed at during our road trip. the lady in charge of the breakfast room was attentive to both the food preparations and the guests, making sure everything was top-notch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was conveniently located along our route from Fargo to MSP, and it was interesting to explore the nearby shops and enjoy dinner at the Lakeside Inn. Lastly, I appreciated the availability of ice water in the lobby, which was refreshing after a long day of traveling.

One of the biggest disappointments during our stay was the lack of housekeeping service for our four-day stay. It would have been better if the hotel had been transparent about the situation and offered a discount for the lack of this service.

It was refreshing to have healthy and fresh food options after almost a month of travelling. we received help with cleaning off our car in the morning, which was a nice surprise. the hotel was in a great central location and had easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi were also appreciated.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the cleanliness of our room. Although we requested for a room refresh after the second night, the service process for requesting maintenance did not work.
