Situated in a slightly offbeat shopping plaza, it provided a unique and charming atmosphere that was different from your usual hotel setting. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were great. I had everything I needed, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast provided a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste buds, with both hot and cold items on offer.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was absolutely delightful. We were in town to visit long-lost relatives and the staff, especially Sara the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel location was ideal, just four blocks away from our destination. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-stocked, and the amenities such as the flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The nearby restaurants and free coffee and tea were also convenient and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning thanks to the exceptional service and warm welcome we received.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in Columbus. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby and fitness center were both impressive, and it was clear that the hotel took pride in its appearance. We appreciated the cleanliness and newness of the accommodations, and the Marriot Bonvoy Titanium Elite membership benefits made our stay even more enjoyable. The team at the hotel consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs and provide excellent service. It was reassuring to know that they were dedicated to making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The location of the hotel posed a few challenges. It was difficult to find on Google Maps and the directions led us to drive around for about 30 minutes.

As couples, we loved the helpful and friendly service from Cassandra, who checked us in and assisted us with finding a market. The room was impeccably clean, and we absolutely adored the shower. The entire hotel was well-maintained. The breakfast was served hot and on time, and the staff were always nice.
