The front desk clerk at Fairfield Inn Elkhart went above and beyond to accommodate us when the reservation system was down. He even upgraded us to a suite to make up for the inconvenience. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel was located conveniently close to several places to eat, right off the freeway, near stores and restaurants, and close to the toll road.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Elkhart. the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby landmarks, the mall, and Notre Dame University. There were also plenty of dining options, both within driving distance and at chain restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were superb. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. Special mention goes to Kassandra at the front desk, who provided exceptional service and even helped another guest with computer troubles. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

During my recent stay, I was impressed with the brand new hotel and its modern decor. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to assist in finding an atlas for us. The included breakfast was a great perk and provided a good selection of food and beverages. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was situated away from the main road, making it quieter than other hotels in the area. it was a great value for the price.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as we noticed stains on the bathroom walls and dirty floors.
