During our weekend trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of our room. the room was spacious and immaculate, providing us with a comfortable stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options including waffles, eggs, fruit, and yogurt.

There were a few aspects that slightly disappointed us. the breakfast hours were limited, ending at 9 AM. As vacationers, we would have appreciated a later breakfast time to have a more relaxed start to our day.

We recently had a romantic escape in the Finger Lakes area and stayed at a hotel that offered us a fantastic experience. the hotel had a very modern and clean ambiance, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Secondly, the breakfast spread was spectacular, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all of our tastes. Additionally, the hotel was perfectly located, with easy access to nearby wineries and other amenities such as gas stations and shops, making our stay even more convenient.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, with the evening showers having no hot water and the morning showers only offering moderately warm water.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, and I had a pleasant surprise when I was upgraded to a nicer room. The room itself was huge and very clean, with a spacious bathroom that was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels in the same chain. The location was also great, with a quick walk to a nearby movie theater and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including waffles, eggs, sausages, and a variety of breads and cereals. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

While there were a few minor issues, overall everything was fine.

The breakfast options could be improved, as they ran out of certain popular items and the tables were not cleaned fast enough. However, overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in effortless. The pool is warm and inviting, even in the middle of winter. Breakfast has everything you could need, including waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage.
