The communication from the front desk staff was excellent, they were very helpful with any room changes and kept me updated on any issues that arose during my stay. The bed in my room was big and comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to Southern Oregon University and within walking distance of the Shakespeare Festival. there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, providing a variety of dining options.

The room could have used better ventilation, as it felt a bit stuffy at times. I was disappointed that they ran out of eggs and bacon during breakfast on Monday morning.

The stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed like a flat-screen TV and a dryer. The location was super convenient, right across from the university. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially the sweet lady who found me a room even though they were supposedly fully booked. The manager was always around and attentive. The on-site car park made it easy to park my car, and the 24-hour security gave me peace of mind. I loved the seasonal outdoor pool and the picnic area with tables, perfect for relaxing. The free continental breakfast was a great start to the day. Plus, I was happy that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on-site. a great experience and I'll definitely be returning! The check-in process was friendly and efficient. The free parking was abundant. The room was spacious and comfortable with multiple tables and chairs. The bedding was nice and the bed was comfortable. They provided a Keurig with good quality coffee options.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location to Southern Oregon University and downtown Ashland. Good breakfast, speedy and reliable WiFi, comfy beds, and quiet rooms at the backside of the property. A 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants and a 7-11 across the street.

Staff not consistent in mask-wearing, and inconvenient office hours. No electricity in the morning and no generator for power backup.

The staff was chill and the check-in/out was smooth. The room was fresh and comfy, perfect for us to crash after epic adventures. We hit up StoneRiver Vineyards and Paschal Winery, sipping some sick wine. And yo, the hiking and biking trails in the area were dope! a rad spot for young peeps like us.

The only thing that could've made our stay even better would be if they had a sick party room, where us young party-goers could hang out and have a blast.

This place was mind-blowing! It was super close to the high school and college, which made our stay so convenient. And let me tell you, the coffee maker was jaw-dropping! We enjoyed our short walk to grab some delicious food, and the bed was simply amazing. Plus, having parking right next to our room was a huge bonus! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were out of this world. They had everything from waffles to microwavable snacks, and even a coffee maker with so many options. The pool area was well-maintained and even had a grill. And did I mention the chocolate chip cookies? Yum! The price was totally reasonable, and the location was perfect. We even got a discount at the Mexican restaurant next door. The variety of food at the continental breakfast was impressive, and they kept it clean and well-stocked. The mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the rooms were clean with plenty of towels and washcloths. The Wi-Fi worked great, and we felt safe with the 24-hour security. Oh, and did I mention the flat-screen TV, dryer, and air conditioning? Absolutely top-notch! And the best part? No pets allowed, so it was nice and quiet. this place was a dream come true!

We had a lovely stay at this motel just outside of the town center. It was conveniently located close to stores and the theater. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a good fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned and restocked to our liking every day. The pool was a great bonus on hot days. Unfortunately, the breakfast was pretty standard and lacked healthy options. we enjoyed our stay despite the ice machine not working.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with downtown just a short 15-minute walk away. There was also a great Mexican restaurant right next door, which was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, with fantastic amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The hotel had a beautiful garden area, which was perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

The hotel was centrally located, which made it easy for me to explore the city on foot. the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the complementary breakfast and the fact that there was free parking provided.

The room I was in suffered from some wear and tear. the furniture was outdated and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked.

I stayed at Flagship Inn for my daughter's move-in day at the nearby university. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there's a great Mexican restaurant right in front of the hotel that offers a discount if you show your room key. The room was clean, quiet, and had plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The location is perfect, within walking distance to food options. Plus, it's dog-friendly! This will definitely be my go-to place for affordable lodging in the future.
