I chose this hotel for a business conference and found the 24-hour business center incredibly convenient. The 24-hour front desk and luggage storage were also very helpful for a busy work schedule. The location was perfect for networking and exploring the city after my meetings.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities within the hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and the nicely fragrant toiletries provided. the hotel's location was also a key aspect, with many attractions within walking distance, including popular restaurants like Portillo's. Additionally, the free stable wifi was a great advantage for staying connected during my trip.

I was disappointed to find that the cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was noticeable dust on the chandelier and shelves, indicating that the room may not have been used recently.

We had a really great stay at this place - the location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out some of the amazing nearby restaurants. The service was excellent too, with staff always happy to help and offer advice, and laundry facilities available if needed. Our room had everything we could need, including ironing facilities and really comfy beds, and it was great to have free toiletries too. The room was also really well-heated which was perfect for the cold weather outside, and we could relax in front of the flat-screen TV on the quiet carpeted floor.
