During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and the nicely fragrant toiletries provided. The service was excellent too, with staff always happy to help and offer advice, and laundry facilities available if needed. Our room had everything we could need, including ironing facilities and really comfy beds, and it was great to have free toiletries too. The room was also really well-heated which was perfect for the cold weather outside, and we could relax in front of the flat-screen TV on the quiet carpeted floor.
