what a disappointment! my 'luxurious' townhouse had a completely shot dryer and dirty walls, how classy! also, i expected a complimentary upgrade for the trouble, but alas, regular treatment for me i guess, almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Request extra garbage bags during your stay. they weren't provided, and we ran out quickly, which was inconvenient.

Our stay at The Fountains Resort was like living in a luxurious treehouse where the squirrels were replaced by friendly raccoons! The four-bedroom villa offered spacious rooms adorned with modern decor and two en suite bathrooms. The communal pool was so inviting that we had it to ourselves on several sunny afternoons. Plus, being just 10 minutes from Disney made it feel like we had a VIP pass to magic!

Some stubborn check-in hiccups.

During my recent stay, I loved being just a few steps away from the Champions Gate Downtown Shopping Center and finding delicious options like Tijuana Flats or Huey Magoo's nearby, making it super convenient to grab a bite after a day of exploring. the spacious villa felt so homey, and it was a great value compared to typical hotel rooms, definitely making me want to return!

Check-in was a breeze, and the villa comfortably accommodated our group. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, a wonderful place to unwind after exploring nearby attractions.

We faced a few hiccups with malfunctioning appliances which disrupted our experience. Additionally, communication from staff during our stay could have been much better.

The fitness center was solid, but paid wi-fi was frustratingly slow.

Our stay was just fantastic! The villa was massive, heaps of space for us lot. The pool was warm even on cloudy days—a lifesaver for the kids!

Spacious four-bedroom villa. lovely homey feel. Close to Publix for quick grocery runs, and a nice short drive to various attractions!

Housekeeping could improve timing and communication. also, the entry gate sometimes acted up, which was slightly inconvenient.

We had an awesome stay! The kids loved the spacious villa and the pool was such a hit. We also found a cute little diner nearby that served the best pancakes! A bit annoying that the Wi-Fi wasn’t free, but we made it work. Wish we could've stayed longer!

The location is fantastic for accessing the parks, while remaining a peaceful retreat. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family gathering. It was handy having shops and restaurants nearby, although the front desk staff could use a friendlier approach. Still, a great spot overall!
