The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to Capitol St where you can find many Charleston attractions. You can also easily get to the Town Center Mall and enjoy some shopping. The staff is very helpful, particularly Cindy from the lost and found department who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The complimentary shuttle service was a bonus, taking guests to various places including the airport. the view from the room was spectacular, overlooking the river.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly cutting out and making it difficult to get any work done.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Charleston for a weekend getaway. The location was ideal, right by the Live on the Levee stage. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The private parking and friendly shuttle service were convenient perks. The hotel staff, especially Tannisha from the bar, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the attached Recovery Sports Bar was a bonus. a fantastic choice for a memorable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with toiletries and towels. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and responsive. The elevators were fast, making it easy to navigate around the hotel. Plus, the view of the river from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The waitstaff in the restaurant were also incredibly accommodating and attentive. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient location on the river, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to the historic district, along the waterfront, and to the capitol. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities were perfect, and the breakfast was both tasty and cooked perfectly, offering a customized omelette served with fresh rosemary infused home fries.
