I had a disappointing experience with the breakfast. I ordered an eggwhite omelette with swiss cheese and asked for it to be made with real eggs, but it came with hash browns instead of the fruit it was supposed to come with.

Also, the hotel had a limousine service and an airport shuttle, and we even got a wake up call as we requested the night before. I recently stayed at the Four Points hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms were great, with super comfy beds and pillows. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed to change rooms due to noisy neighbors. The receptionist was very nice and the room was spotlessly clean, with convenient outlets for charging devices. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed the good TV with a helpful guide. The front desk staff also provided great information about the nearby Red Line. a fantastic stay!

I stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and found the location and staff to be excellent. The room was spacious and the chair provided in the room was exceptionally comfortable. I also appreciated the quick check-in process and the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Amber. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay, answering all my questions and providing exceptional service. The attached restaurant served delicious dinner, making dining convenient. a clean and quiet hotel that felt like staying with old friends. Will return next time I'm in town.
