Additionally, the spacious room had ample storage and plenty of outlets, making it convenient for our needs. the large hot tub was a delightful surprise, enhancing our experience.

I had an awesome New Year’s stay! the location is fantastic, with easy bus access to Downtown and the Mall of America just a hop away! the staff was super friendly, especially the chic front desk gal with pink hair, and the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. I also loved the pool area—it was clean and perfect for a relaxing dip after exploring!

On the downside, there was a bit of a chlorine smell near the lobby, probably from the pool. Our hot tub jets didn’t work as well as expected, which was disappointing.

We had a lovely romantic getaway! The location was super convenient, just 15 minutes from all the major attractions we wanted to visit. This hotel is a great find! the location is perfect, just a short walk to eateries and shops. I found the prices reasonable, especially for the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Even though it was a bit small, it had all the essentials and was super cozy. Breakfast was better than most, definitely a plus!

It could get a bit noisy at times.

I had a pleasant stay at Four Points. the location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. My room had ample storage and outlets, plus a full-length mirror in the closet. the pool area was clean, and the hot tub was quite large, which was a nice surprise. We got a great deal for the room, making it a good value.

No soap in the room. Body wash decanter was empty.
