Our stay at Four Points in Yuma was fantastic. Slept well on the comfortable bed and loved the modern design. the refrigerator surprising froze our items, and the smooth elevators were a nice touch. Enjoyed the pool, ping-pong table, and attentive staff. Boston Pizza in the hotel was a treat. Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a contemporary feel and a nice pool. the location was ideal, close to all convenient amenities. the pool had a good amount of seating and cabanas, perfect for a relaxing time. Additionally, there were enjoyable lawn games available, adding to the entertainment options for guests.

The staff failed to take responsibility and provide the agreed-upon sleeping arrangements for my family. This made our stay disappointing and uncomfortable, as we were misled and not offered any assistance to rectify the situation.
